The BPM oriented functional architecture includes a specific Process Builder Tool which allows to define and design all the various different operating workflows which every user must follow in order to accomplish the various business tasks.

The execution sequence of the different tasks is guaranteed by the BPM engine, in order to ensure efficiency and consistency while collecting and processing information through the operating pipeline.

The processes managed by the BPM engine normally include also validation, user authorization and ensure that all tasks accomplished by each user are logged at a full detailed level.

The BPM engine also ensures the consistent integration of a mix of human interactions, data validation and data integration with other legacy applications. All these processes are orchestrated by the Process Builder, which allows the organization to operate in a harmonic way throughout the entire business processing pipeline.

In a few words, the BPM engine ensures that each business task is performed in respect of the company operating procedures and guarantees full support to risk auditing requirements by means of detailed tracking of each accounting and/or operating transaction.
