Warranty and software maintenance
Liscor licensed software includes a a warranty service aimed at protecting the customer’s investment in the phases successive to the start up against any defects or anomalies that could be found.
Following the guarantee period the customer can opt for an independent maintenance of the solution he acquired. In this case it is usualy necessary to organize a special training for the technical personnel responsible.
Alternatively, Liscor offers its customers a range of optional services for the software maintenance:
- corrective maintenance: interventions if necessary for bug-fixing to the software
- adaptive maintenance: refers to the periodic release of new versions of the software that includes the functional adaptation to meet possible changes in legislation / regulations
- evolutionary maintenance: regards the option for the customer to require from Liscor to plan additional customizations the software
Maintenance services are offered upon a specific SLA (Service Level Agreement) agreed with the customer.
